Hi!

I now have my third TP-Link C200 camera, and the reason I’m on my third is because my ex has destroyed the previous ones.
I have always had cloud storage on all the cameras I’ve had. I need to access videos that were stored in the cloud from the two cameras I no longer have. However, I have deleted both of those cameras from the Tapo app.

Is there any way to retrieve the videos that were stored in the cloud from the previous cameras?

Hi,
1. If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service for your camera, please note that the cloud video clips can be stored for up to 7/30 days only(based on the Tapo Care plan you subscribed to). After that, the video clips will be deleted automatically and can't be restored.

2. If the camera is removed from the Tapo app, please log in to the Tapo app with the TP-Link account the camera was bound to, go to the Cameras tab > Cloud Activity page, select a date, and find the camera's video clips stored on the cloud server.

Best Regards
