C211 - video over RTSP/ONVIF has no audio
Last week I purchased a pair of C211 cameras, specifically to integrate them with my existing Home Assistant setup. Some tweaks later, and I finally have the system working and recording straight into my NAS. The only problem is, the recordings have no audio! Neither the RTSP nor ONVIF backends supply any audio, which is odd because I know for a fact that the device can record audio through the Tapo app and the internal Micro SD card. Is the limitation intentional? Can it be patched in via firmware update? Or is it intentionally locked behind the Tapo Care subscription?
