TAPO C500 Stop working while I try to use LiveView or Playback
I installed two TAPO 500 V1 cameras (currently with FW 1.3.5) on the external perimeter of the house about 6 months ago.
Both cameras are connected to the same WiFi and reached by a good WiFi signal (average speed during LiveView is about 100k).
One of the two cameras has never given problems and still works perfectly.
The second TAPO 500 camera for about 1 month has started to manifest the problem that I describe below.
The camera works correctly by sending notifications when it detects a target present in the area. But when I open the TAPO APP on the phone and try to see the LiveView or Playback the stored recordings (on local microSD), after about 30 seconds of attempts the camera stop working (Offline status on TAPO APP) with a stable red LED.
The only way to exit this state is to remove the power.
Retrying the connection to view the LiveView or Playback obtains the same result.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated
