I can't see the 24/7 recordings on the H500 smart hub

Hi,
I have the Tapo H500 and a C460 camera with solar panel.
In the beginning I have a SD card in the camera and with the latest update I can see the 24/7 recordings. The timeline was light purple.
After installing the H500 I see only the detection moments. And the timeline is white.
How can I see the 24/7 recordings with 1 FPS. Do I something wrong.

Oh i see, I thought you wanted to see continuous recordings, but only detection videos are available.
The hub storage feature is not yet compatible with the 24/7 capture. You can adjust the recording type to detection recording, or insert an SD card to the camera to use the 24/7 capture feature.

The feature on the Tapo C460 is 24/7 capture, it is not the same as 24/7 recording. With 24/7 Capture, the Tapo camera takes a series of images at regular intervals and automatically records whenever an event is detected.

Hi, Sure I mean the capture function.
I follow the steps in the manual. First I turned 24/7 capture off and turned it on again. After turned on I get the message that the HUB storage is not enough. He said: Unable to turn on the 24/7 capture function. Go to storage settings. When I go to the settings, he ask for a SD card in the camera.
I have a 1TB internal disk in the H500. Is that not enough??
Grtz,

Hi,
Then I didn't understand that well beforehand. I assumed that this was possible. That's why I put a large HDD in it.
Will this be possible in the future???
I know it is possible with an sd card in the camera. Before the H500 came in I used that too. I could go back to the SD card, but then I would miss the extra functionality of the hub.

Plans are already in place, and compatibility is expected to be achieved in 2025 Q3.

Please note that the feature discussed in this thread is 24/7 capture, which is different from 24/7 continuous recordings. The AC-powered WiFi camera can record continuous videos to the H500 when they're linked, without the need for getting each camera a separate microSD card.
