Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 250610 Rel 50539n

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with my Tapo C200.

I need to use it in a local network without internet access.

On the Android app, I see the camera, and it works okay, but I want to share the camera with another phone, and there is a problem.

Share button is not active, and logging on both phones on the same account also not working - on the second phone, the camera is not appearing (both phones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network).

Hi,
1. The Share feature works only when the camera is connected to our cloud server.

2. If your router's Wi-Fi has no internet connection, you can try the following steps to manage the camera locally on different phones with the same TP-Link account.
  1) Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.

  2) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone and set the Wi-Fi name and password the same as your router. Configure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely. If so, turn off the hotspot Wi-Fi.

  3) Move the camera close to the router, reboot the camera, and check if it can connect to your router's Wi-Fi. If yes, you can control the camera locally.

Best Regards
