Hi all,

We plan to implement this feature in the firmware compatible with Omada 6.2. Please stay tuned. Thank you all for your ongoing feedback!

Note: The version number is provisional, and actual delivery may vary depending on implementation conditions.

I'm sure reading this this feedback you've provided will bring a lot of confidence and relief to Omada customers on this issue.

Looking forward to seeing the new firmware. Please do keep us posted.

Just deployed an eap773 and seeing this ssid. Learning this is a thing that shouldn't exist anymore, yet does, is annoying

  @c0b4lt

I got customers asking me what it is thinking it's a security risk and questioning me about it.

They need to drop a firmware to get rid of this non-sense.

I've removed the eap773 altogether and redeployed the eap670 it was meant to replace until this is confirmed fixed. It seems silly this is an issue still. I came to Omada products to get away from the level of stupid the likes of Ubiquity were displaying only to be met with it once again.... so disappointed
