Tapo C560WS
Is it possible to use LEDs for night vision as a pedestrian light?
Can the camera LEDs be accessed at will from the app?

Typically, when the Tapo C530WS/C560WS works in Night mode, you can select different modes on the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings page to achieve different spotlight lighting effects. And you can also turn on/off the spotlight manually on the camera's Live View page. The instructions below about the camera's spotlight may be helpful for your questions.
