Model: Archer AX12
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

When I try to change the wierless security I click the WPA/WPA2 box. Then when I click the save button it jumps back to the original setting. Why can I not change the setting?

Hello @ThomCarlsson ,

Wireless settings include Wi-Fi network name (SSID), security options (Wi-Fi network password and encryption method), Wi-Fi Band/frequency (channels), wireless mode, etc.
There are two methods to check and customize the wireless settings of your Router:
Through the web management page:
Log in to the web management interface of the Router (http://tplinkwifi.net), go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless settings.
For picture instructions, please refer to How to Change your Security Settings on your TP-Link Router (new UI).
Through the Tether App:
Open the Tether App and log in to the Router, go to Tools > Wireless Settings.
For picture instructions, please refer to How to change wireless settings of TP-Link wireless router on Tether APP.

Hi,

If you are using the Tether app to change the wireless security and it doesn't work, then try it via the router's web management interface instead.
