Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.4

Hello, right now is 16:56 and my cameras stopped recording to the cloud since today at 10AM. All the cameras stopped uploading cloud videos. My home network is working fine, so that is not the problem.

As you can see my suscription is fine and correctly applied to all my cameras

My cameras are also connected to my H500 Hub, still saving recordings normally. The problem is with tapo care. which is no longer working?

What can I do now? Or this is a problem related with your services?

  @Erickcm  same.... mine stopped some time last night, it saves to sd card and shows the activity but doesn't show on cloud and no notifications when anything is triggered so I have to manually check to see if anyone has crossed line or whatever you know what I mean?

  @Erickcm

Hi,

There was a widespread outage affecting Amazon's AWS Servers. This outage lasted for quite a long time and impacted a large number of services and devices - beyond just Tapo and TP-Link.

If you experienced any abnormal or unexpected behaviors, difficulty setting devices up, or even trouble logging in, it was likely a result of this outage. During this outage, any recordings intended for the cloud would not have been saved. This is always the case with cloud-based recordings, No Internet Connection = No Recording.

We have released a post with additional details and a link to the official landing page detailing the impacted services from the outage:
[2025/10/20] Announcement: AWS Cloud Service Outage Impacting Tapo & Kasa Cloud Video Storage

Best Regards
