Model: Tapo H500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.4

Hi, I have recently brought the Tapo H500 home base and I have three (3) compatible cameras.

The cameras are as follows

Model C210

version 2.0

Firmware 1.4.8

Model C120

Version 1.0

Firmware 1.4.1

Model C113

Version 1.0

Firmware 1.0.4

I am having the following issues, only one of the 3 compatible cameras Model C113 has been/is connected to the home base the other 2 are currently not showing as available. Whilst the C113 is connected to the home base I cannot get any of the smart/A.I features to work, even those that I have added via the app. Also when attempting to access any and all relevant recordings via the H500 camera playback facility i get a message informing me the the H500 hub is offline,  yet both visually and via the app the hubs connection appears fine.

Can you also confirm that 24/7 continuous recording is available on my cameras not just snapshot recording.

Make sure all your cameras and the H500 are connected to the same network. They can't find each other if one device is in a different network, for example, an isolated guess wifi.

Try to restart both the cameras and the hub, see if this helps.

Have the LED indicators on these devices shown any unusual states?
