Vacuum not completing jobs
Hi, my vacuum is all of a sudden not following the custom plans and is missing rooms or not completing jobs. Please help!

Which Tapo vacuum do you have?
Please double-check your custom cleaning settings to ensure the one you are using includes all the rooms you want to clean.
If you've added carpet areas to your map, be sure to check the carpet preference settings. The vacuum will avoid these areas if the carpet preference is set to 'No Cleaning' or if 'Vacuum Only' is selected while the vacuum starts cleaning with the mop installed.
