What’s the model of your other DVR?For the NVR1016H V1.20, a newer firmware version V1.4.3 is available—please try upgrading to it.

What’s the model of your other DVR?For the NVR1016H V1.20, a newer firmware version V1.4.3 is available—please try upgrading to it.

As per Guideline the 16 channel nvr has already

  • 1.4.2 Build 250918 Rel.78880n

firmware version still not supported harddisk

From your screenshots, does everything work properly after unlocking?It looks like the hard drive’s condition is poor—please inspect it carefully.
In addition, you can go to Hard Drive Management to check the drive’s health and send us the results.
