All my NC200 cameras are now working with the new upgraded Camera Control.:)

As far as I install it and start it always ask for new account only and gives me ""account already exist on whatever name i enter. Is something I'm doing wrong? is anybody else having the same issue?

Uninstall the Software and manually delete the folder in program files and reinstall the software, your problem will be solved.

I tried that several times and it doesn't work. Found another solution. That particular PC has only standard user.I installed on separate PC in Administer's account and movet whole folder to first PC. Now it's OK. Apparently, something is wrong with permissions

the tool is only windows compatible. and your pc and the cam need to be in the same LAN. sometimes I think anti-virus software may have effect on it
