Hi,

My camera disappeared from my account (from the iOS tapo app) and it is now blinking red costantly. The camera appears to be working, I say that because:

- if I shake the camera the camera start to emit sound (anti-tamper alarm)
- if I cover the camera the infrared light switch on

I have tried to reset it but unsuccessfully (I have tried to tilt it, remove sd card, to charging it while pressing the reset button)... pressing the reset button for 10 seconds results in no changes to the let status (keep blinking red). Is there a procedure to reset it?

Regards

The anti-theft alarm should be disabled first before resetting the camera, otherwise the operation won't work. How do I disable the Anti-theft alarm of my Battery-Powered Camera?

Remove the microSD card if any. Then try to reset the camera again.

If the camera still doesn't show any changes, you may need to contact support team for further assistance.
