I just bought a H100 hub but I keep getting "Pairing failed". I've followed all the tips. I'm already on WPA2, it was already on channel 1 but I tried 6. I've triple checked the password.

Additionally, I've turned off the 5GHz option in the router (it has the same SSID as 2.4) and put my phone in airplane mode and then turned on the WiFi (so it doesn't connect to the mobile internet).

The set-up finds the device and lets me give the device the SSID and password, my phone then connects to my home WiFi as it does it's thing but it always fails. I've tried resetting the device.

I don't know what it is. I have 2 other hubs (not Tapo ones) and multiple smart plugs connected without issue. 

I saw two other posts on the forum that mention the Plusnet hub 2 and the BT hub 2 (same thing - they are the same company) and how they had problems but there was no solution. One person was advised to go back to his old "hub 1"! I don't have that option.

What can I do?
