In order for them to have come up with their findings ,i even sent them diagnostic logs,screen shots,and even a video of my app randomly turning notificationd off then on. So in answer to your excuse,they need details,i think i have supplied them all and still no notifications. If anyone else is having the same problems or indeed their app does not randomly turn Notifications off then on ,then please let me know because technical support seems to think every persons app does.
