Recently bought a c410 tapo camera with solar kit and its works fine with local network but when connect it with internet its act differently and voice and video crack while calling and live viewing feature firmware is updated wifi signal on camera very good -46 router also 3 miter away and no LoS, connected to unifi ac pro ap with IoT wifi mode ssid , resulation set to auto frequncy 50, mic and sound setting was lower side speed at camera internet side is more then 90 mbps camera installed in india and accesing it from UAE, even tried to access it vis LTE and 5g data but thought not good speed at india but now in UAE and having very good wifi connection at home but seems same issue

Welcome to the community, and thank you for providing such detailed information about your Tapo C410 KIT with solar panel.
To help narrow down the cause, we kindly suggest checking the following points:
1. Ensure both camera firmware and Tapo App are up-to-date.
2. Try re-entering the app to see if the issue remains.
3. Try a different mobile device to stream the camera if you own one.
4.Try to stream the camera on only one device (phone/tablet) at a time, or reboot the camera.

If issue persists, please provide the info below:
1.Frequency of problem (occasional / sometimes / inevitable).
2. ISP, Camera MAC address(Please contact me via private message through the backend. Do not reply under this post)
3. Reproduce the issue and provide the info below:
3.1 One issue video of the problem, with the exact time and your time zone when the issue occurs.
 Note:Please avoid using your phone’s screen recording feature, instead, you can use the recording function via the camera icon in the live view interface, or locate the problematic video in “Download & Playback”, download it, and share it with us. The original problematic video helps us analyze the video parameters, transmission, and packet loss situation. 
3.2  Please let us know the Tapo iOS or Android APP version?
