  1. Your camera's MAC address, hardware, and firmware version?
  2. Please send  a picture of the camera's Live View page of the camera's fixed  lens and a video showing the reported phenomenon for analysis. You can upload the video and picture to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to technical support.
