Apple Connection problems with Mesh
I am having serious dropout issues with the Deco Mesh system after about 1 -2 minutes. Sometimes issues logging on al all.
I have turned off Private mode on phone and Macbook. Both the iPhone 15 PRO and the Macbooks with M4 and M2 chip has problems.
Also turned off the wide beam and I have tried other advice on the internet. About to give up and buy another brand soon.

Hi, welcome to the community.
You can also refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot and see if that helps. And you can try enabling the 2.4 GHz guest network for Apple devices only to see if they work properly.
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network
Please provide the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. Are other non-Apple devices working fine with the Deco network?
2. Do the Apple devices repeatedly disconnect from the Deco's Wi-Fi and reconnect frequently?
3. Please describe your network diagram. Are the Deco nodes connected through an Ethernet cable?
Best Regards

Since your devices are dropping connection while the Deco units appear to be working (showing green lights), please try the following:
For your mobile devices (iPhone and MacBooks):
1. In the client list section of the Deco app, select each affected device and verify that:
• 'Speed Limit' is disabled
• 'Mesh' option is turned 'on' (this should be on by default)
• 'Connection Preference' is set to 'auto' (default setting)
2. In the 'Parental Control' section of the Deco app, ensure that your devices are not accidentally restricted by any parental control profiles.
3. Ensure your devices are connected to the nearest Deco unit with strong signal and are using the 5GHz or 6GHz band instead of 2.4GHz, as 2.4GHz is not recommended for high-speed devices. Try turning Wi-Fi off on each device and turning it back on to reconnect to the network.
4. Open the Deco app, go to MORE > ECO Mode (if available), and ensure that ECO Mode is turned off.
5. Make sure both the main Deco and any satellite units are properly placed • don't put any Deco unit in enclosed spaces like cabinets, shelves, or corners. They should be in open areas.
If the issue still persists after trying these steps, please reply back to this post.
