Hello,

 

My Deco's automatically updated to this firmware revision a couple of days ago but what was pretty solid before is now reseting across the mesh daily (twice today already) is it just me ?

 

I have 6 Deco's 5 of these covering and a x50-Outdoor

I have two BE65 Pro units, both updated to firmware 1.3.1, with no issues since the update (tbh no issues even before the update...), so I guess it is not a generalized issue.

If I were you, I would open a ticket.

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you encounter instability.
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network
 

Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. Please go to the Deco app > Network tab > tap a Deco > send us the screenshots of the Show Map and Show List pages.
  2. What's the LED status on the main Deco and satellite Deco when "network reset"?
  3. Are your client devices disconnected from Deco's Wi-Fi when the issue occurs? Or are they connected but have no internet connection? How do you restore the connection?

HI,

 

Here are the screenshots, the LED is stable yellow so boot, all clients over the house/garden/garage lost connection.

Saying this it's been nearly 24 hours and no issues (I powercycled them all) where before in the 2 days since the update they went 3 times.
