I just bot KC401 cameras from Best Buy and wanna them back up by cloud but unfortunately the app was telling me that my country is not available for kasa care, 

 

Is kasa care doesn't available for Canada?

 

Means no cloud service back up but SD card only?

Kasa Care is available in Canada. Your issue is likely related to the country code of your TP-Link ID, which may have been set to a different country during registration.

 

Please contact technical support to confirm the country code of your account. If it’s not set to Canada, you’ll need to create a new account.
