Model: Tapo RV30 Max Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.3

I've been thrilled with the performance of my vacuum, until today.  I received a "wheel module error" and the wheel behind the side brush is now frozen.  It moves up and down, but will not turn. I see nothing jammed in it, and when it tries to run, it makes a faint whining sound.  I have removed all debris from the main brush.  The side brush spins freely.

@T0rchy  Are you referring to the caster wheel here?

Try to clean the main brush, main wheel, and the caster wheel.
