Power off the device, manually connect it to the dock to recharge. When it is fully recharged, turn it back on and see how things go.

*Hold down the Power button for 3s to turn on/off the robot vacuum.

*What to do if Tapo robot vacuum unable to charge?

If it still doesn't work, please reach out to your local TP-Link support to see if they can provide any assistance. Contact Technical Support

Thanks. I have tried this, when i turn it off, manually place it back on the dock, it turns on and then states 'starting to charge'. However, after a bit, it begins to swivel and turn in the dock (sometimes to the point it is not touching the connectors at all anymore) and then it jumps off the dock. I feel like it is not detecting charge all the time and so swivels, but then swivels/turns so much it then detaches from the charging pads... then jumps. I can confirm, that the device is charging slowly over hours of jumping off and returning... but it is no longer a consistent charge or reamining above 80%.
