I recently had a hacker reset the passords on seven of my Tapo C520WS.  I manually reset each camera by using a paperlip to hold in the button for 10 seconds.  The camera announced that the reset was successful and was rebooting.  Now I tried to use the Tapo app to reconfigure the cameras.  I chose the wireless option and verified that the camera was blinking red/green.  The app failed to find the camera.  I then stopped/started bluetooth on myiPhone and again tried to configure the camera.  That also failed.  I also noticed that there was a local Tapo network available in my wifi settings.  So, I tried using the local Tapo network that also failed because it could not find the camera.

I also tried powering the camera off/on after manually resetting it to factory default settings.  That also did not work.

I also  have one indoor C120 camera that I was successfully able to manualy reset and reconfigure.  It's just the C520WS cameras that are causing me a lot of grief
