Ok

i have 4-5 smart plugs set up on the app and working ok

However i had to put phone in for repair and have spare phone and downloaded app. However could not remember password so reset it and signed in again. However i have to then reset all the plugs again as none of them showed up on the app and then synch them with Alexa

Now when i get my phone back I will have to do the same thing

Is there any way of backing up app so that when i log into my account the plugs are still there so no need to set them up again when I get my phone back from repair

@Funkyirishman  Hello,

After you successfully set up smart plugs, they will  be bound to your TP-LINK ID (the email account)

Deleting app or logging out TPLINK account do not affec the plugs that bound to your account.

If you login the same tp-link ID,  you should see all the plugs available on Kasa app, do not need to set them up again.

But if  plugs disconnects from router's completely or router's wireless settings are changed , you will have to reinstall the plugs.
