Model: Tapo P100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0

I have several TP100 smart plug, 

the schedule works for sometime then it stops doing the schedule. inalso noticed that the runtime data are all zero even if it was running for several hours. i have remove and reconfigured the snart plug several times, it will work as schedule then a some point during the week the schedules will not work any more.  If i set a new schedule it will not work or if I set a timer a network error will appear. If I turn on and off manually via app it will response.

 

I have the lateat firmware and latest app version.

This issue seems to be caused by abnormal device time synchronization and calibration. Are there any stability issues with your router network?

 

You may try to restart the router, see if that helps. 

 

What router are you using? Who is the ISP? And which country are you located?
