Tapo C220 bad video quality in low light condition

The video quality is worst in low light conditions. The picture gets pixelated so bad as soon as the person moves It's sibling C200 works flawlessly in and Conditions. Is the unit defective or are there any steps to resolve the issue?

You can review the following troubleshooting steps if the camera's video quality is not good.
1. Make sure the camera lens is clean and ensure that your Tapo app is updated.
2. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page to select the high-quality option.
3. Reboot the camera to disconnect other devices that may be streaming the camera, and watch the camera using only your device.
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
2. What are the firmware and hardware versions of your Tapo C220?
3. How many devices are streaming the camera simultaneously?
4. Which option have you selected on the Video Quality page?
