TC70 has a bad sound
I bought these cams 6 months ago, and I didn't need the recordings till now. But the sound quality is not good. I can't clearly understand who is speaking, what saying etc.
Is there any way to get a better audio quality? I couldn't see any settings on the smart phone app for this.

If the audio from the camera sounds unclear, you can try the following troubleshooting tip.
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Ensure that the microphone and speaker volumes of the camera are set to a high level in the Tapo app.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
4. Test the audio with your mobile device positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. The proximity between the phone and camera during a voice call can cause audio feedback.
If the audio quality is still the same as before, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Please send us a video showing the camera's audio quality. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me via a private message.
3. Does the camera display the same audio quality on its Live View page in the Tapo app?

I don't know how I can get the MAC address of the camera. But the video quality is good. Also, there is no obstruction to prevent the sound quality. At last, the volume is at the highest level on the app. I have a sample video I will send it to you directly.

1. On the Taop app > Camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, you can find the camera's MAC address, and please send it to me via a private message.
