If you are unable to log in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link account, please try the following steps.
1. Ensure that your phone, with the Tapo app installed, has an internet connection.
2. Disable the VPN on your phone if there is.
3. Ensure you have typed the correct account and password. You can refer to the following instructions to change the password for a try: What can I do if I forget my password of the cloud account
4. Try to log in to the Tapo app on a different phone if you have one.
