It would be very helpful if you could describe the exact phenomenon you’re observing. For example:
Are some events simply not being detected, even though the object was clearly there?
Does the camera stop recording after a set period and then resume at random times?

If possible, please also provide a short video clip showing the issue – for instance, a screen recording of the app timeline or the camera’s live view when the problem occurs.

Please note that the C660 is a battery-powered camera, which works differently from the C500. Battery cameras rely on a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor to wake up and start recording, whereas wired cameras can continuously monitor the image and generally provide more consistent motion detection.As a result, the detection performance of the C660 can be affected by several factors. Although your C500 may detect vehicles and people at those distances, the C660 may not always trigger under the same conditions due to differences in detection technology.
