Could you clarify, is your doorbell not detecting motion at all, or is it detecting motion but not recording (you’re still getting detection notifications)?

 

If it’s the former, the issue lies with the camera’s motion detection. If it can’t detect anything, there simply won’t be any footage to save. For this problem, you can refer to this article for troubleshooting. What should I do if my battery-powered camera can't detect the motion?
