Hello,

Sound detection doesn't work.

Camera live stream with sound and motion detection is working.

If Baby-Phone or any sound detection is turned on, it doesn't show up with the icon, while turned on.

Option under smart setting Baby-Phone --> invalid parameters. Can't be turned on.

I did reset camera, reinstalled app, cleared the cache, new account, different smartphone ....

Pls help

Livestream with sound is working. Motion detection is working.

Sound detection can't be turned on. Under alarm settings I can turn it on but it doesn't show the icon and it doesn't work.

Smart actions -> Babyphone --> invalid parameters

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! Let me ask a few questions to better understand the issue:
1. Have you tested with actual sounds? — For example, have you tried playing a baby crying sound, glass breaking, dog barking, or cat meowing near the camera? Sometimes detection may not trigger in the presence of general background noise.
2. Sensitivity settings — Have you tried setting the sound detection sensitivity to the highest level to see if that makes a difference?
3. Detection types — Could you please check under Alarm Settings > Sound Detection and confirm that all the sound detection options (baby crying, glass breaking, dog barking, cat meowing, etc.) are toggled ON?
4. Screenshots or video — If possible, could you provide:
A screenshot of your sound detection settings page showing the current status.
A screen recording of what happens when you try to enable Baby Phone under Smart Actions and see the “invalid parameters” error.

That would be super helpful in identifying the root cause! Feel free to share any media you have.
