I have multiple Tapo C410 home but at one point one of them just disappeared from my app.

When trying to reconnect, I can't go through the process as I am ask to connect to the specific Wi-Fi hot spot from the camera, but this it failing.

I tried with different devices, , tried many time to reset the camera but nothing. It seems the camera is not emitting signal.

Additionally, when I turn on off the camera there is no sound , only when it is plugged to a power source.
