I am a professional installer and am looking for clarification regarding the VIGI surveillance product line.

In Mexico, VIGI products have become increasingly difficult to source through normal distributor channels, and the official “Where to Buy” listings appear to be empty. At the same time, certain product limitations we encountered were not clearly disclosed in marketing materials and have impacted a real-world installation.

I am not requesting technical support or troubleshooting. I am asking whether there have been any recent changes to VIGI distribution, model lifecycle status, or intended market positioning (professional vs light commercial), either regionally or globally.

Any clarification from TP-Link would be appreciated.
