I've followed all the setup processes for adding the smart home plug (model HS105) to both the KASA & Alex app. I can control the plug from both apps, but Alexa does not recognize the device via the verbal command on the Echo Plus (Alexa: I can't find "Christmas Tree")

Any suggestions? I've deleted and reconnected several times with no luck.

Bulb is registered and works on Kasa, and can e controlled from Alexa APP, but Alexa will not control it, saying that she cannot find any such device

Voice commands supported by tplink are stiff, only contain one in the link: http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1356.html

If not helps, you can try to change another name for Christmas tree and retry. Once also fails I think you have to ask for TP-Link staff.
