I am having issues getting my router to pick up my internet provider's (Spectrum) IPV6. I have a TP-Link TC-7610 modem and a TP-Link Archer C7 router. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Spectrum to try to make sure my router settings were correct for their network. They told me it is a DHCPv6, but they refused to give me the information to manual enter the DNS, and insist on assigning it automatically which it doesn't seem to be able to do.

The router is a hardware V2, but I updated to the most recent firmware hoping that would resolve the issue, but it did not. Any suggestions on what to try next?
