I cannot get the plug to connect to my Note 8. It's blinking like it should connect but it says it cannot connect. I try it manually and it says it cant that way either.
My son has a Galaxy S6 and it connects and works fine with it. Same home and same network.
I bought a pack of 2 plugs and neither work with mine.
I don't have a problem with my Note 8 connecting with anything else. The phone is fine.
Any ideas?

It's better to provide a error screenshot of the kasa app.
Besides, what's the OS version on Note 8?

Have you tried removing the kasa app and reinstalling it?

It was resolved.
I created another account and logged into it. Apparantly I didn't have something correct in the initial setup
