Powerline 8030p kit goes to sleep even with power saving disabled

Bought a number of years ago. It is a version 1 as listed on the back.. it seems when I am streaming Netflix even with power saving disabled on both units it still goes to sleep. I have tried various type of connection settings on unit where you can select video and audio, internet, gaming and that made no difference. I also made sure I had the latest firmware and reflashed it. Any thoughts if this power saving has really and 100% been solved on newer units or a different manufacturers before I run a corded ethernet line?Thank you very much, Peter
