Questions before purchasing a M9 Plus

[*]Does the M9 router have the ability to be fully configured via a web page UI? I'm not interested in a device that can only be configured via a Smart Phone app.
[*]Can I specify my own LAN IP?
[*]Can I setup a DHCP Range?
[*]Can custom DNS servers be used?
[*]Can I register Static IP's
[*]Can I save the configuration to a file?
[*]VPN?
[*]Firewall (Full, not just port forwarding)?
[*]SNMP?
[*]QOS?
[*]If I stay with my current router can each M9 be setup as an access point?
[*]If setup as an access point do they still use the mesh technology?
[*]If setup as an access point wired to the network, do they need to communicate with each other wireless or do they use the Ethernet Back haul?
