Feature Request - HS110 - Stringify - When electric watt drop / rise below X for Y time

Wouldn't it be great if the HS110 can report idle electric usage in Stringify? This would be useful if I were to plug my washing machine into a HS110 and setup Stringify to send a notification when my wash is done based on electric usage state change.
