I bought the LB 130 lightbulb. We were able to get the colors to work for a few days and now only the spectrum Of hues operates. We have reset the light bulb and cannot get any of the colors to work

If the colors are simply not working, even after doing a complete factory default (off and on 5 times) then I would contact support at that point.
