troubleshooting on the switches one of the switches one side of a traveler is always on in one side of the traveler is always off no matter what you do. Would this switch qualify for a return or would I have to send the whole kit back.

Before i jump to any conlusions i would need more information.

 

1.  Are both siwtches connected to the same 3-way run?

2.  Are both switches setup in the Kasa Smart app?

3.  What are the status of both switches in the Kasa app?

4.  Are the lights being controled correctly?

5.  Can you control the lights manually on and off from both switches?

6.  Where do you see the always on status?
