The CR700 and Deco M9 will work together but the WiFi will not. You have two options. Keep the CR700 in router mode and disable its WiFi. Then set the Deco M9 up as in AP mode and use it as your wireless. Option 2 is the one i recommend. Put the CR700 in bridge mode making it just a modem, the set the Deco M9 up as your router.
