KC200 can’t set activity zone on camera

Firmware Version: 2.2.19
I can’t set an activity zone for one of my cams. I was able to set my first camera. But nothing shows up on the second.
I have the latest firmware.
The instructions are no help.

Did you recieve any errors or messages when you tried to setup activity zones? Also what device are you trying to create the zones on and have you tried a different phone or tablet?

I have the same issue with my cameras. I have an Iphone 6s that i use and everthing with my phone and cameras are up to date. I set the zone but still get notifications of activities outside the zone. How to I correct this?
