I installed a switch and at first the bulbs (LED) were flashing so I connected all neutral wires in the box together. Lughts no longer flash but wont turn on. Switch is connecting to wifi and it seems to be working. I can hear the click and the circle indicator goes on and off. 

 

Yes, white to white, Blacks to blacks, and green to ground. 

 

Any Help is appreciated.

I did replace one led and no change

Usually this is caused by the house wires only having 1 live wire in the wall and then the two live/load wires spliced together with this single wire.  For HS200 and HS220 the live and load must be wired seperately.  If they are wired together you will hear a click but there will be no operation of the lights.   

 

If this is not the case a picture of how it is wired will help.
