Yesterday we were infromed after the even occured that there was a service outage on the server that handles cloud storage for our Kasa Camera line of products all 3 cameras were affected. This outage took place from 11:30am to 4:10pm Pacfic time. During this outage video clip uploads failed and would appear in your activity with the following message:
These clip will not be retrievable as they did not get uploaded to the cloud due to the outage. All clips that were before or after the outage will be veiwable based on your Kasa Care plan level.
