They will connect via wireless, ethernet if your house is wired for it or powerline

 

So since I am already have issues with powerline passthrough I shouldn't bother using it?

 

But thank you. I just wanted to check that they could be used just like a router/modem by being connected from node to pc via ethernet. 

 

So them being connected as nodes over the network and the connect via ethernet doesn't limit speeds or bandwidth, correct? (Trying to be thorough)

network speeds should not be affect if you use ethernet as the backhaul.

Backhaul? Meaning ethernet from one node to the pc?
Or ethernet between the nodes?

Sorry Backhaul referring to the communication between Nodes and the Base unit.

Well. It would probably be ethernet to one node and then wifi to the other nodes. Right?
