So is the KD100 Doorbell coming or not?

Previously I asked a TPLink chat representative that if the KD100 doorbell is coming or not. They replied that it has been cancelled. This was months ago. But now I see a page again that mentions the KD100 as coming soon. So which is it?

I'd like to know. I've been holding out for this since it was revealed at CES.

The KD100 was canceled, at least for here in the US. A Doorbell may eventually be made but we would not have any details or timelines.

@Carl any updates on this ?is this still canceled for the UK ? Really think tp link are missing a trick not releasing this !!!!

We do have indications of a possible doorbell being released in the US in late Q4, though i do not know about the UK. Support and products are regionally based and here we only support US based product and services. Yeah it was pushed back for a few tweaks. Roadmap looks like August-Sepetember time frame but that is still subject to change.
