We would need more infromation than just a model number.  Please help answer the following:

 

 

1.  Can you control the plug in the Kasa app?

2.  Can you control the plug remotely (on a different network or LTE) in the Kasa app?

3.  Have you linked your Kasa Account to your Alexa account yet?

4.  If, so have you done a device discovery?
