It might be happening due to your Bluetooth not working. In this case, you can follow this guide to fix the issue:

  @mncu Just so everyone knows... You can go find the device for me called "Dongle" in Control Panel and Devices and Exectives.

  @mncu Can you please send the screenshot of this process as I am not able to find the exact options in device manager.It would be of great help because i too have the same issue.
